Dotone is one of the 2016 web designing trends. Images created with Duotone color palettes are already existed for many years, it has get greater attention with the help of spotify which makes Duotone come back.

          Duotone Images are images that actually use two colors mitigated with middle tones and highlights. Initially, Duotone images are used in print media with the view of saving expenditures for printing.

           Many Web Designing Companies are using Duotone images to provide great feeling, gaining emotions and sometimes thrilling the viewers with the web page. With matching different tones of colors and oversaturated hues that makes the image fluorescent and exhausting.

          The simple steps to create duotone images with Photoshop are as follows:

Step 1: Open the image.

Step 2: Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Gradient Map

Step 3: Choose two colors - one dark and color and one light color. Use the dark         color for the dark parts of the image and light color for the light parts.
