5 things to be considered in developing E-Commerce Website

         With the vast development of Internet, everything depends on internet. This results in making business communications and purchasing online. Hence many Business owners are interested in developing an online store for their business. But they are not aware of the things to be included in E-Commerce Websites. They develop the websites in their view alone.
          But you need to think from the customer view also in order to analyze things what are the visitors expect from your E-Commerce website. Then only you can provide better user experience for your online customers which will tend to improve your Business.
          Remember that design in your online store has a direct effect in your online sales.

1.     Avoid indirect call to action with  “Add to cart” Buttons
          When the customer clicks “Add to Cart” button, then the page should direct a call to action for buying the product. It will be liked by customers. Remember that people will not like indirect call to action while buying a product online.
          For instance, some online stores offer the people an indirect call to action by providing product information with “Add to Cart” button. This will give an unsatisfied customer experience. So it is need to avoid this king of indirect call to action.
2.     Remove Hidden menus
         Even though hidden menus are one of the great web design trends 2016, it is not suitable for E-Commerce stores. It may confuse the users while browsing any category or products.
          But most of the online stores are having different categories for a same product, they need to provide a navigational path with navigation menu. But it will also affect the performance of your online store.
        The best thing you need to implement to overcome these issues along with offering better user experience is to add flyout menus in your E-Commerce website.
3.     Optimize your Product Pages
         The Product pages are the most important one in an online store. Hence you need to give special attention in designing that page. It is mandatory to add items in the product page which should make the customer to trust the product.
         Hence you need to add the image of the product in the beginning of the page. Then add the cost of the product and description, requirements of the product.
          It is wise to add customer reviews in the page. Customer reviews are very powerful as it can make the visitors to get trust the product. Then he/she may purchase the product.
         Design the product page with customer reviews and links to similar products( or products of other brand) in the bottom area of the page.
4.     Offer single Page Checkout
         Single Page checkout helps the customers to enter their details, mode of payment, etc for the product they purchase. By offering this, the shoppers will feel better with your online store. Hence you need to create the page providing options to enter the customer details. Remember that remove others items like sidebar and others in the checkout page. It is wise not to urge the shoppers to purchase the product in the checkout page.
5.     Select appropriate colors
        Color plays a psychological role in making a purchase merchandise. Hence your E-Commerce success depends on selecting suitable colors also.
